ABOUT MOIN

“I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness the astonishing light of your own being.” Hafiz of Shiraz
I do this work from my heart.

My own experience with therapy was life-changing and motivated me to become a therapist.

I’m often asked, “why do you do this work?” My answer is, “it’s my calling.”
I get to be a traveller into people’s rich and unique inner-worlds and help them make-sense of their personal story. It’s a privilege for me to join my clients healing journey. I can't imagine more fulfilling work.

Previous to becoming a therapist, my career was in learning and development with a focus on coaching and mentoring - working with frontline to executive-level staff. My motivation was (and still is) to bring out the best in people.

I completed my psychotherapy training at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto. I’m a member of the Canadian Association of Psychodynamic Therapists (CAPT) and graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. I'm a life-long student of Eastern Spirituality.
As a therapist I'm compassionate, creative and playful.
